We are pleased to introduce CHECK, the new name for Concetti’s remote technical support service — redesigned to provide even greater efficiency, security, and flexibility.
From January 1, 2026, CHECK will replace our previous Hotline system, offering customers an improved structure and new features.
Available via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Teleservice, the CHECK Service Hotline is your direct channel to Concetti technicians — for remote assistance, instant diagnostics, secure connection to your system, and online support, 7 days a week.
What’s New with CHECK
- Extended Operating Hours
Our support team will now be available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (UTC+1) on weekdays, and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM / 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (excluding Easter, Easter Monday, December 8, December 25–26, January 1 and 6). - Secure and Personalized Access
For added security, access to the CHECK Hotline Service will now require a recognition token.

Fixed-Price: priority access, flat rate, annual coverage
On-Demand: assistance when needed, time-based hourly rate - Still Free for Customers Under Warranty
If you have at least one Concetti system under warranty, you’ll continue to receive free remote assistance for all your systems at that site—until the warranty expires.

To ensure a smooth transition, all CHECK Hotline services will remain free for all customers until December 31, 2025.
This means:
✔ Customers with an annual service contract are fully covered
✔ Customers with one system under warranty get support for all their Concetti machines at the same site
✔ On-demand support remains available upon request
