We are pleased to introduce CHECK, the new name for Concetti’s remote technical support service, designed to offer you greater efficiency, security, and flexibility.
Starting June 1, 2025, CHECK will replace our previous Hotline system, supporting you via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Teleservice with an improved structure and new features.
What’s New with CHECK
- Extended Operating Hours
Our support team will now be available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (UTC+1) on weekdays, and on weekends and public holidays from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM / 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (excluding Easter, Easter Monday, December 8, December 25–26, January 1 and 6). - Secure and Personalized Access
For added security, access to the Hotline will now require a recognition token.

- Annual Support Contract: Provides immediate and priority assistance
- On-Demand Support: Pay-per-use support available upon quotation and approval - Still Free for Customers Under Warranty
If you have at least one Concetti system under warranty, you’ll continue to receive free remote assistance for all your systems at that site—until the warranty expires.
Free Access Until December 31, 2025
To help you transition smoothly, all CHECK Hotline services will remain free for all customers until December 31, 2025.
This means:
✔ Customers with an annual service contract are fully covered
✔ Customers with one system under warranty get support for all their Concetti machines at the same site
✔ On-demand support remains available upon request
