Complete Packaging Systems
Complete Bag Packaging Systems
Smart manufacturing employs a single technology for the entire bagging process. Concetti fully understands how important it is to have an efficient production process.
For this reason, we design automatic bag packaging systems to reduce problems and increase productivity. Every design is unique and results from a close collaboration with the client - because the challenges our clients encounter are ours too.
Bag packing systems: main features
We produce technologically advanced complete bag packing systems of high build quality, which are able to:
- weighing;
- bagging;
- palletizing;
loose products in bags, boxes and bins. The whole line can be managed through a single control panel. Under this fully automatic system, a switch from one production to another, including a change in bag and sealing types, can be made in approximately 60 seconds, without the need for manual intervention.
Concetti machinery and complete lines are Industry 4.0-ready and can be interconnected to the systems in clients’ factories.
How does a bag packing system work?
A bag packaging system follows several steps to arrive at the finished, palletized product.
- First, the bags are placed in a special space;
- The machine picks up one bag at a time, filling it with the material supplied by the customer (see next section to find out which products can be bagged);
- Once filled, the bag is pushed by a roller and stacked according to a predefined pattern on the pallet already prepared by the machine.
Here is the weighed, bagged and palletized product, ready for shipment.
Which material can you process with a bag packing system?
Bag packing systems can weigh, bag and palletize a large number of products:
- Cereals and seeds;
- Flour;
- Fertilisers;
- Frits/dyes for ceramics;
- Plastic granules;
- Cat litter;
- Sugar;
- Low density powders;
- Building materials, such as dry mortars, concrete, premix);
- Pet food;
- Animal feed.
Depending on the product, the most correct process to achieve optimal product palletizing is studied and applied.
