• First and foremost, the product is accurately weighed thanks to a filling station which bases this process on certified parameters.
• Then, the bulk material is passed onto the weighing hopper to be directly discharged into the bag. 
• The filled bulk can be transported using either a belt or a roller, with or without pallets. If needed, the plant can be completed with a pallet-evacuation roller conveyor and an automatic empty-pallet magazine.

Concetti provides bulk bag filling machines with sizes ranging from 900 to 1800 mm that are suitable also for bulk boxes, agri-bins or octabins. This feature makes them flexible and versatile, proven that they can adapt to many different needs. 

Moreover, there are different loading options for the processing of big bags, such as:

• Infeed spout
