Form-Fill-Seal system "Continua"

This machine is designed for very high throughputs until 800 b/h, depending on the characteristics of the product.
It has three operating stations: one to form the bottom of the bag and cut the film to the desired length, the second one for filling and the third one for sealing the upper bag edge.

The Concetti company has studied special technical solutions in terms of both mechanics and electronics, allowing the machine to achieve the high speeds that are required.

The operating phases and the changeover of the machine operating parameters are PLC-assisted and can be completed in a very short amount of time, without any operator intervention, thanks to the actuators mounted on the machine. The monobloc structure, equipped with inspection doors, makes the system perfectly safe for the
operator.
